Orders & Payments

Order Cancellation / Changes / Edit:
For order rectification(s), please EMAIL US at sales@thepmcycles.com. Order(s) may not be cancelled/edited once they have been picked up by the courier.  Kindly ensure that an acknowledgement by us is made for the order rectification to be processed.
Order Processing: 
We endeavour to process your order(s) within 1-2 days following payment. Public holidays & weekends are non working days. 
Special Order:
Kindly contact us with the product brand & details. We will get back to you shortly. 
Back Logged: 
Some orders may be cancelled due to insufficient quantities. This can happen when multiple simultaneous purchases are made. Refunds would be made accordingly to your original payment method if lead time exceeds 7 working days.
Pre Orders:
The duration of the shipment varies for different products. Generally, the shipment takes approximately 7-120 days. 
Payment Modes: 
PM Cycles accepts payments made via Visa/Mastercard, PayNow & NETS (In-store)
Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock after the transaction is made. Once the cancellation of order is accepted, we will refund to the same following payment method that you have made. A refund fee will be charged for the following payment methods.
Refund fees are as followed:
1. Credit card/Apple Pay/Google Pay: 3.5% * order value
2. Grab Installment: 7% * order value
3. Paynow / Store credit: No charges

Exchanges / Returns

Please ensure that item you purchased matches your description. We do not accept exchanges / returns. Orders may only be edited before order processing is done.  (Before it leaves the store)

Incorrect Orders:

Should there be any mistakes, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Please do not use it nor remove any label tags. We will consider replacing or refunding the item only if it is in its original condition and packaging. Kindly contact us within (5) working days with your Order ID.

Damaged Orders:

Should the package appear damaged when it arrives, we would request that you photograph the package before opening it. If indeed the item is damaged after unboxing, photograph the item(s) and forward sets of pictures to us with your Order ID. We would access and evaluate the situation. 

Missing / Delayed Orders: 
We’re sorry that your order has not arrived yet, sometimes mistakes happen or our courier partners can be slower than expected in delivering your order. Here are some things you can do:
  1. Check the type of delivery method you used to ensure. The type of delivery you choose at checkout will affect how long it will take for your order to arrive. 
  2. If your delivery was being made using a tracked service, the dispatch email contains the tracking details. You may check where the parcel is in real time.
  3. A new package will be sent out upon confirmation that the parcel is declared missing. Alternatively you may opt for a refund as well. 
Installation: 
All products purchased are subjected to a small installation charge. This ensures that customers who do not require installation are charged fairly.  
Manual Payment (Paynow,Paylah, Ibank, etc): 
Please make your payment within 12hrs, orders will be cancelled otherwise.  Item(s) ordered will be restocked and made available to our customers.
