Rely Installment is a service that enables you to purchase now and pay for them in monthly installments without any interest or fees.

How do I use Rely Installment?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping cart. At checkout, choose Rely Installment as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Rely and provide payments details as usual. Returning customers simply log in to make their purchase with Rely Installment.

What cards does Rely accept?

Rely Installment accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Singapore. Unfortunately Rely does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit cards.

When will my first payment be charged?

Your first payment will be charged upon approval at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your card.

When will I get my order?

Your order made with Rely Installment will be delivered at the same standard timeframes as all other orders.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend with Rely Installment?

Yes, limits may vary depending on the individual order and customer. The more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more. Limits are usually lower for new shoppers until we get to know you. Maximum Transaction Limits Debit Card – $1000 Credit Card – $4000

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Rely Installment?

You can return or exchange your item according to the store’s Return Policy. Refunds will be processed by adjusting your payment plan with Rely. If you have paid more than the adjusted amount, Rely will then arrange a refund to be paid to you

Can i request a refund or cancel my order after it is processed?

Yes, an admin fee of 6% will be charged on the crediting amount.

What products are not eligible for purchase with Rely Installment?

Rely Installment is not available on purchase of gift cards.
