Our wheel building service is charged at $45 per wheel ($90/pair). The wheel building charge is solely for labour to spoke, true and dish a wheel.
All wheel components are charged separately.

Spokes : We carry a wide range of high quality spokes from cnSpoke Mac Elite. All spokes are custom cut and threaded according to your rim and hub provided.

- Tubeless : Convert your rims to tubeless @ $60/pair. Inclusive of tubeless rim tape, valves, sealant.
Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse any wheel building that we feel, violates the safety of the rider or for any other reason. (Eg: Reusing spokes/nipples)
- Due to the nature of service/labour, our leadtime varies. It is typically completed in 3-5days. You may contact us to enquire futher.
- No refunds / cancellation will be entertained after project is started.
- Spokes are only cut upon receiving of all items. (rim & hub)
- We do not build rims with internal nipples.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via postage or express courier at our discretion. No tracking infomation/insurance will be provided for postage services.

Packing and processing would take an estimate of 1-2 days. A tracking email will be sent once your order is processed and ready for pickup.

No changes to delivery address can be made after order is processed.

Delivery time may be delayed due to unforseen operations issues. (Vehicle breakdown, festive season resulting in backlog, etc...)

Compensation is capped at $100 for any lost or damaged parcel where the liability is due to our delivery partners. *Discretion of our delivery partner.

Parcels exceeding 160 cm (L+B+H) or 15 kg will incurr additional charges. Alternatively, you may choose to self collect. Customers will be notified accordingly.
